AI features use your own OpenRouter key
AI features stay off until you add an OpenRouter API key in AI settings. Your key stays in your browser. It is sent to our server only to forward each AI request to OpenRouter, and is never saved, logged or stored. Requests are routed only to providers that do not retain your data.

AI scribe with evidence
Turns the visit conversation into a SOAP note. Every sentence links to what was said; anything unsupported is flagged before you sign.
Omission check
A second, independent pass lists what the patient said that the note leaves out, and catches flipped negations.
One-screen chart
Problems, medications, allergies, vitals trends, labs and history on one page. ⌘K jumps anywhere.
FHIR R4 inside
Records are stored as validated FHIR R4 resources with ICD-10-CM, RxNorm and LOINC codes. Patients download their own record in one click.
Privacy by design
Role-based minimum-necessary access, break-the-glass with a reason, an append-only audit trail, and a 'who viewed my chart' page for patients.
Copays in Stripe test mode
Front desk or patient pays with a Stripe-hosted checkout; webhooks confirm payment, with no card data on our servers.
